We are seeking a product-focused designer with strong web and app experience to elevate our user experience, conversion performance, and visual systems.
This is not a social media design role. This is a product and conversion-focused position.
You will work across:
Web design
Landing pages
App interface design
User journey optimisation
Design systems
Performance marketing creative
You must be comfortable working in complex fintech environments with regulated constraints.
Design and iterate high-converting landing pages
Improve onboarding and demo booking UX flows
Create UI components for dashboards and wallet interfaces
Maintain a scalable Figma design system
Produce digital ad creative aligned to performance goals
Collaborate with developers to implement designs
Advanced Figma expertise
Strong portfolio showing real web and app projects
Experience designing dashboards or fintech products
Deep understanding of UX principles
Mobile-first design approach
Ability to work within brand systems
Fintech or B2B SaaS experience
Regulated product experience
