PalWallet is a next-generation crypto wallet and card platform built for real-world usage. PalPayments is the embedded payments and settlement layer powering merchants, platforms, and enterprises with stablecoin-native infrastructure.

The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build, scale, and maintain core product features across both PalWallet (B2C) and PalPayments (B2B infrastructure).

You’ll work directly on live systems used by real customers, merchants, and partners. Expect ownership, responsibility, and meaningful technical input.

This role suits someone who enjoys shipping, not just discussing architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Platform Development

• Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and APIs

• Develop wallet, payments, settlement, and account flows

• Implement merchant and enterprise-facing dashboards and tools

• Work on both consumer UX and infrastructure-grade systems

Frontend

• Develop responsive web interfaces using React / Next.js

• Work closely with product and design to deliver clean, usable fintech UI

• Optimize performance, accessibility, and reliability

Backend

• Design and maintain APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)

• Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar

• Integrate with blockchain services, payment rails, and third-party providers

• Handle authentication, permissions, logging, and monitoring

Infrastructure & Quality

• Collaborate on system architecture and scalability decisions

• Write clean, testable, production-ready code

• Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making

• Support deployments, debugging, and live issue resolution when needed

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript

• Solid React experience (Next.js strongly preferred)

• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or equivalent

• Experience building and consuming APIs

• Comfortable working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

• Experience in fintech, payments, wallets, or crypto

• Familiarity with blockchain concepts (wallets, transactions, stablecoins)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)

• Understanding of security, compliance, and financial-grade systems

• Experience working in startups or fast-moving teams
