PalWallet is a consumer-facing crypto wallet and card platform built for real-world spending and payments. PalPayments is the embedded payments, settlement, and infrastructure layer serving merchants, platforms, and enterprise partners.

The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to own delivery across product, engineering, and infrastructure initiatives for both PalWallet (B2C) and PalPayments (B2B).

You will be the person who ensures:

• Things move forward

• Teams stay aligned

• Deadlines are real

• Blockers are removed

• Stakeholders are informed without chaos

This is a hands-on role. You are expected to drive execution, not just observe it.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams

• Translate product and business goals into clear, actionable delivery plans

• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks

• Ensure features and integrations ship on time and to spec

Team Coordination

• Act as the central point of coordination between:

  • Engineering

  • Product

  • Design

  • Compliance / Operations

• Run stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives

• Keep teams focused and unblocked

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate progress clearly to leadership and key stakeholders

• Set realistic expectations and manage scope changes

• Provide clear reporting on delivery status, risks, and trade-offs

Process & Structure

• Implement and maintain delivery processes (Agile, hybrid, or pragmatic)

• Own tooling such as Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or similar

• Improve delivery velocity without adding unnecessary bureaucracy

Risk & Quality

• Identify delivery risks early and escalate when required

• Ensure dependencies (technical, legal, operational) are tracked

• Help enforce quality, testing, and release discipline

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Project Manager in tech, fintech, or payments

• Proven experience managing software delivery teams

• Strong understanding of Agile and modern delivery practices

• Comfortable working with engineers and technical stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Advantage

• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or regulated environments

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and platform development

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams

• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives without losing control
