PalWallet is a next-gen hybrid crypto wallet card platform and Payments that bridges the world of traditional and digital finance. With services spanning crypto custody, card issuance, embedded payments,and enterprise APIs, we empower users across Europe, Asia, LATAM, and the UAE to transact borderlessly and securely.

As we expand our product suite, we are looking for a Technical Writer to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly API documentation across our hundreds of endpoints and multiple core services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve API documentation for developers integrating with PalWallet’s platform.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, DevOps, product managers, and QA to understand how services function and how best to explain them.
• Organize complex API structures into intuitive, discoverable documentation hierarchies.
• Draft guides, code samples, and reference docs .
• Maintain version control for documentation using Git and track changes in parallel with release cycles.
• Audit and enhance existing API docs for clarity, completeness, and consistency.
• Support internal teams (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success) with internal-facing technical documentation when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience as a technical writer, with a focus on API or developer documentation.
• Experience documenting large-scale systems with many endpoints (ideally 300+).
• Comfortable working in Industry tooling.
• Familiarity with tools API doc platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation for both junior and senior developers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience writing for fintech, embedded finance, or crypto platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., KYC/AML, PCI DSS) is a plus.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and data schemas.
• Prior experience working with multi-service platforms or microservices environments.
