The RoleThis is a high-performance sales role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new B2B clients across multiple industries.You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with our executive leadership, product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver tailored payment and banking solutions.This role suits someone who enjoys consultative selling, understands fintech or payments, and wants to work in one of the fastest-growing sectors of financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and qualify opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements.
  • Present PalWallet's products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build commercial proposals with support from internal teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed agreement.
  • Work closely with Compliance during KYC/KYB onboarding.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
  • Meet monthly sales and activity targets.
  • Represent PalWallet at conferences, exhibitions and networking events.
  • Develop relationships with banks, fintechs, payment providers, PSPs, crypto businesses and enterprise clients.
  • Stay informed on market trends across payments, embedded finance and stablecoins.
