PalWallet is a global fintech infrastructure company helping PSPs, fintechs, banks, exchanges, merchants, and digital platforms move money faster through stablecoin settlement, embedded banking infrastructure, global payment rails, card issuing, multi-currency account solutions, and digital asset infrastructure.

As demand for our products continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to help accelerate our commercial expansion across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and other key global markets.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are looking for a commercially minded hunter, relationship builder, and closer who can identify opportunities, build trust with decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term commercial partnerships.

You will work directly with the CEO, COO, and CMO and play a key role in helping shape PalWallet's commercial growth strategy.

The successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders across fintechs, PSPs, banks, payment institutions, merchants, crypto businesses, and enterprise organisations.

If you enjoy building pipelines, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing meaningful revenue opportunities, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, networking, referrals, and events.
  • Source partnership opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.

Sales & Commercial

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to signed agreement.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Work closely with compliance, operations, product, and leadership teams during onboarding and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasting within CRM systems.

Strategic Growth

  • Provide market feedback to leadership.
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
  • Represent PalWallet at industry conferences and networking events.
  • Assist in developing strategic partnerships and channel relationships.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience generating and closing new business.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
