Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both server-side and client-side applications.

Beyond writing clean code, we are looking for a professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for business logic someone who excels at dissecting intricate logistical and business flows and translating them into robust, scalable software architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Backend Development

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable Microservices architectures using .NET Core.
• Implement robust asynchronous messaging systems and event-driven architectures.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability by strictly adhering to SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Design and implement secure, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs.
  
  

Frontend Engineering

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Architect efficient front-end state management and scalable component structures.

Problem Solving & Business Logic

• Take full ownership of complex business workflows, analyzing and solving intricate logical problems rather than just translating requirements into code.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to map out deep technical and operational flows.

Database & System Performance

• Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases ensuring data integrity and high availability.
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks and optimize application performance across the entire stack.

Requirements

• Core Expertise: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using .NET Core.
• Strong Logical Thinker: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of solving complex business logic and intricate operational challenges.
• Languages: High-level / Fluent English (written and spoken) – ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a global environment.
• Architecture: Strong experience in designing and building Microservices architectures.
  
• Messaging: Proficiency with Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).
• Best Practices: Deep understanding and practical application of SOLID Principles and clean code architecture.
• Frontend Proficiency: Strong experience with React.js, including modern hooks, state management, and component architecture.
• Languages: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Databases: Strong working knowledge and experience with Relational Databases.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently with high ownership, while being an excellent team player.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native for mobile application devel
