Fluent Hebrew and strong English, both written and spoken, are required.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager with a FinTech background to join our team and take responsibility for managing and growing key client relationships within the region. This role combines commercial leadership, client relationship management, and a strong understanding of payments and financial technology, with direct impact on revenue growth and regional performance.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of the company’s regional client portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and strategic accounts.
  ● Support and guide local client-facing teams, ensuring high service standards and strong commercial performance.
  ● Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new partnerships.
  ● Work closely with clients to implement and optimize the company’s products and solutions within their operations.
  ● Monitor regional client performance and revenue metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  ● Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and retention strategies for key accounts.
  ● Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  ● Stay up to date with FinTech industry trends, payments developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the region.
  ● Contribute to regional growth strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and supporting expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in FinTech, payments, banking, or financial services.
  ● Proven experience in account management, business development, or regional client management.
  ● Experience managing B2B and B2C client relationships, ideally within payments or financial infrastructure businesses.
  ● Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, banking systems, or digital financial services.
  ● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and oversee regional client relationships.
  ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  ● Experience working with CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
  ● Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
