PalWallet is building modern financial infrastructure for businesses operating in digital assets, payments, and embedded finance.

We provide wallet infrastructure, settlement systems, crypto and fiat rails, and API-driven financial products for fintechs, platforms, and global enterprises.

Our focus is institutional-grade execution, regulatory alignment, and scalable financial architecture.

We are expanding our commercial team and are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new partnerships and revenue growth.


Role Overview

This is a revenue-generating role focused on sourcing, developing, and closing high-value B2B partnerships.

You will identify and engage fintech platforms, payment companies, marketplaces, SaaS businesses, iGaming operators, and digital asset companies that require embedded finance infrastructure.

Success in this role is measured in qualified pipeline, signed partnerships, and revenue contribution.

This is not a junior sales position. We are looking for someone who understands complex financial products and long B2B sales cycles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage target B2B clients

  • Build and manage a qualified outbound pipeline

  • Develop strategic partnership opportunities

  • Lead discovery calls and product positioning

  • Work closely with product and compliance teams

  • Structure commercial proposals

  • Negotiate commercial terms

  • Manage deals from first contact to signed agreement

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting

  • Represent PalWallet at industry events


Target Client Profiles

You will focus on sectors including:

  • Fintech platforms

  • iGaming operators

  • Marketplaces

  • Crypto-native businesses

  • Cross-border payment companies

  • SaaS platforms embedding finance


Requirements

  • 3 to 7+ years B2B business development experience

  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets

  • Strong understanding of embedded finance models

  • Experience managing mid to long sales cycles

  • Comfortable discussing compliance and regulatory frameworks

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Confident presenting to founders, executives, and product teams
