Role Overview

This is an operational role focused on execution, coordination, and precision. You will work closely with the marketing and performance teams to ensure campaigns, reporting, and internal workflows run smoothly.

You will not be expected to develop strategy. You will be expected to execute consistently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM data management and lead hygiene

• Supporting email campaign setup and segmentation

• Publishing and formatting content in WordPress

• Compiling weekly marketing performance reports

• Building and enriching outbound lead lists

• Supporting event logistics and coordination

• Managing social scheduling tools

• Assisting with demo booking workflows

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills

• Comfortable working inside CRM platforms

• Experience publishing content in WordPress

• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel capability

• Detail-oriented and process-driven

• Clear written communication
