We are hiring a performance marketer to own revenue-focused marketing execution.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing demo bookings, and optimising acquisition funnels.

You will own paid acquisition channels, CRM automation, and landing page optimisation.

This is a commercially focused role. Success is measured in pipeline growth and revenue contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns

  • Develop and optimise WordPress landing pages

  • Implement tracking and attribution systems

  • Build CRM nurture flows and automated sequences

  • Implement lead scoring models

  • Conduct A/B testing across funnels

  • Improve demo conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven B2B performance marketing experience

  • Strong WordPress build capability

  • Experience with CRM automation platforms

  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimisation

  • Strong analytics capability

  • Experience managing meaningful ad budgets

Ideal Candidate

  • Data-driven and commercially minded
