Phase 1: Architecture & Compliance Mapping

Working with the client’s product and legal teams, we mapped out the wallet logic, merchant payout flows,

Phase 2: Wallet & Rewards Pilot

We launched a sandbox wallet and rewards module on five stores across three countries. During this pilot:
